Akira is supposed to be an ultra adorably moe idol that appears on Lucky Channel at the end of every Lucky Star ep. From what I recall, this was actually a booth babe, and as you can see, nowhere close to being underage, heh. She looks damn good, and makes one feel...a little weird about the whole situation, heh.
