This year there were some Princess Tutu cosplayers running around. This is Princess Krayhee (and I'm sure I totally botched the spelling of that name) who was one of the major villains through most of the series.

She was very surprised I wanted to take her picture. I knew it was a stylized Sailor Senshi uniform, but it was apparently done when she had little knowledge of the series as well. I thought it was still pretty good.
